LANGUAGE
English is the official Conference language.

Located on the ground floor of Padiglione Spadolini just in front of the main entrance.

- Monday August 27th, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

- Wednesday 29th, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Thursday 30th, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday 31st, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
BADGES
A name badge will be provided on site together with your congress kit. Badges must be visible and used at all times anywhere within the conference venue.
SPEAKER PREVIEW ROOM
A Speaker Preview Room is provided for all oral presentations at the ground floor of Padiglione Spadolini just behind the Registration Desk.
Presentations must be in PowerPoint format only (MAC or PC) and saved on an USB key.
All presenters should load their files at least three hours before the scheduled presentation time.
An audio, video and basic running check of the presentation will be performed.
WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi will be provided within the Conference venue for its entire duration.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Coffee breaks are included in the registration fee. As lunches are not included, please CLICK HERE for some restaurant suggestions close to the conference venue.
SMOKING POLICY
All the meeting rooms at the venue are non-smoking. We remind you that smoking in Italy is forbidden in all public areas.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
If you need a VISA to enter Italy, please apply in due time and contact the Embassy of Italy in your country. For information, you can also visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, www.esteri.it, and click on Visa for Italy link.
If you need a letter to be sent to an Embassy, please ensure you give us a working fax number. You must have submitted your conference registration form prior to requesting a letter of invitation. Letter of invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.

CURRENCY
The unit of currency is Euro. Currency can be changed at banks and AMTs. Normal bank opening times are Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 13.30 ad 14.30 to 15.30. Credit cards are widely accepted.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity used in Italy is 220 Volts, its frequency is 50 Hz and the plugs have two male contact points. Plan to bring a transformer if your electrical device has a different voltage.

TAXIS
